Direct software support is provided by our exclusive distributor
KarenSoft Solutions Sdn Bhd as well as our software
maintenance division of KarenSoft Corporation Sdn
Bhd. This support is available though three key
channels electronic services, telephone support,
and physical visit to the installation site.
Electronic Services
We provide services seven days a week, 24 hours
a day, including public holidays. Our supports will
respond from 9am to 6pm, five days a week (excluding
