What constitutes
customisation? |

We are very receptive
to users' feedback. In fact, our products
have evolved into powerful, flexible and yet
user-friendly business software solutions
as a result of feedback from our users. However,
for a particular business solution, we prefer
to keep a single set of source codes. This
is to provide a fast and smooth upgrade path
for our SMA clients. By the way, we do not
charge our SMA clients for upgrades.
Before deciding whether a user request
constitutes customisation and hence the
need to keep separate source codes, we look
into :
· whether it is a frivolous request?
· whether there is a non-programming
solution?
· whether the request will useful
to all clients?
· whether the request will be detrimental
to any other client?
· the time required to implement
the user's request.

How do we obtain
continuous software support? |

Software support
is free during the first six months from date
of installation of a KarenSoft product. Subsequently,
support is available upon signing of a Software
Maintenance Agreement (SMA).
