KarenSoft private placement shares at 28 sen a piece

Karensoft Technology Bhd has fixed the final tranche of its private placement shares comprising 6.25 million shares of 10 sen each at an offer price of 28 sen apiece.

It said on April 11 that the issue price was based on the five-day weighted average market price prior to the price-fixing date from April 4 to April 8.
