KarenSoft launches 5th edition of ExecSuite

KarenSoft Technology Bhd has launched a new edition, the Personal Editon, of KarenSoft ExecSuite that targets existing Microsoft Office users.
The Personal Edition, which excludes KarenSoft ExecWord and ExecSpreadsheet, existing Microsoft Office users can now have access to an additional 26 personal, finance, administration and CRM modules and still maintain interoperability with word and excel documents, KarenSoft said in a statement on Feb 7.
KarenSoft ExecSuite is now available in five editions: Office Edition, Office Plus Edition, Personal Edition, Personal Plus Edition, and Enterprise Edition.
It said whilst the Office Edition competed directly with Microsoft Office for new licences, the new Personal Edition and Enterprise Edition could be directly marketed to existing Microsoft Office users.
The enterprise solutions provider said two new distributors had recently signed up in the Klang Valley to market ExecSuite.
"With the four distributors, the committed sales volume is RM2 million for the first quarter of 2005."
