KarenSoft offers
a comprehensive employee benefits package that
allows its employees to enjoy up to 50% of their
salary worth in terms of benefits. KarenSoft is
committed to providing its employees with the
best benefits possible.
All or part of the below are subject to change,
depending on the terms and conditions of the individual
benefits plans.
Bonus
A performance bonus shall be payable at the end of the financial year.
Sales Commission
Employees are eligible for commission if they
successfully introduce new leads (for KarenSoft
products). However, eligibility for commission
is dependent on verification by either KarenSoft
Consultants and/or KarenSoft Business Development
Manager.
Educational Assistance
Program
Upon confirmation, employees are eligible to apply
for this educational assistance program. Note,
however, that the sponsored courses of study must
be relevant to one's work.
Group Personal Accident
All KarenSoft employees are insured under Group
Personal Accident Policy beginning from their
date of confirmation. They are also insured for
major surgical expenses.
Sick Leave / Hospitalisation
All KarenSoft employees are entitled to non-hospitalisation
sick leave as of their date of hire - sick leave
of fourteen (14) days if employed for less than
two (2) years; sick leave of eighteen (18) days
if employed for more than two (2) years but less
than five (5) years; and sick leave of twenty
two (22) days if employed for five years or more.
Hospitalisation leave shall be sixty (60) days
in each calendar year.
Annual Leave
Upon confirmation, KarenSoft employees are entitled
to fourteen (14) days of annual leave if employed
less than five (5) years; and sixteen (16) days
of annual leave if employed for five (5) years
or more.
Wedding Leave
Upon confirmation, KarenSoft employees are granted
three (3) working days leave (applicable only
to first legal marriage).
Compassionate Leave
Upon the death of immediate family (parents, spouse
and children), confirmed KarenSoft employees are
granted three (3) consecutive days of compassionate
leave.
Paternity Leave
Male employees who have been confirmed are entitled
to two (2) days paid paternity leave (only applicable
to first legal marriage).
Maternity Leave
Female employees who have been confirmed are entitled
to sixty (60) days of paid maternity leave [applicable
only to five (5) surviving children as certified
under Malaysian Employment Act].
Meal Allowance (after
working hour)
Employees who work after normal working
hours are entitled to meal allowances.
Traveling Meal Allowance
Employees who travel outstation (within Malaysia)
will be entitled to meal, accommodation and transportation
allowances.
Overseas Allowance
Employees who travel overseas on working stints
will be given allowance on accommodation, airfare,
travelling insurance and allowance for clothing
(if required, i.e. winter clothing). Allowances
are paid in US Dollars.
Claims
Employees are entitled to make claims (toll, petrol,
parking) each time they visit clients.
Medical
Upon joining, you are eligible for the benefits
mentioned above when the examination is conducted
by a medical practitioner appointed by the employer.
