KarenSoft CEO Speaks on Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) Conference

KarenSoft Technology Berhad Chief Executive Officer, Mr Chee Chong Hwa, spoke at Uni-Link Smart Venture Sdn Bhd, an affiliate company of University Technology Malaysia organised conference, "Initial Public Offerings"on 21st September 2004 (Tuesday) at the Holiday Villa Subang, Subang Jaya. This conference provides insightful knowledge, experiences and advice to the whole listing process and the key issues generally faced by any GLCs, MNCs and SMEs going for listing. Effective execution of the listing plans is as vital to success as the hard work, determination, inspiration and business skills needed to ensure success.

His talk centred on the issuer's perspective, including the benefits of listing on the Mesdaq market, the various milestones in an IPO process and the transformation from a private limited entity to a public company.
